An Arborist's Guide to Reducing Injury and Enhancing Performance

    Summary

Arborists, particularly climbers, are engaged in activities that demand much from their bodies. While the industry has developed many new tools and procedures to improve climbing efficiency, how the climber conditions and performs has been largely ignored. This session will cover new work and thoughts on how arborists can more efficiently perform their work and enhance their performance today, while preventing an injury to ensure a long career.
