How to Care for Your Body as an Industrial Athlete
Summary
Arborists generally work at least 8 hours a day
performing a sawdust triathlon, yet may not consider themselves as athletes.
Arborists who care for themselves as athletes will prolong their careers by
improving their health and reducing the risk of injury, while improving
productivity. This talk will discuss why arborists should consider themselves
as industrial athletes, and will include education on easy to implement health
and wellness strategies to improve performance and general health, while
reducing the risk of a work related injury.
