Summary

With the introduction of ISA's Tree Risk Assessment Best Management Practices (BMP) there have been significant changes in the way that tree risk assessments should be conducted. This course will describe these changes with a focus on the levels assessment established in the BMP, categorizing likelihood of failure and impact, estimating consequences of tree failures, and using the new matrix to rate risk. This is an ideal starting point for arborists to increase their understanding of the ISA BMP for Tree Risk Assessment methodology.
