Presenters
Ken Palmer has
more than 30 years of experience in the tree care industry. An ISA certified arborist, he is skilled in
challenging and difficult tree removal methods including the use of cranes to
dismantle and remove trees. Palmer is a well-known instructor, speaker,
researcher and consultant for the tree care industry. Ken specializes in chain
saw safety and handling, precision tree felling operations, tree climbing
methods, arborist rigging, rescue systems, trainer training and much more.
Longtime member
of the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA), Tree Care Industry
Association (TCIA), The American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and
the ANSI Z133 Approved Standards Committee, Palmer is a three-time ISA,
International Tree Climbing Champion. He has instructed and trained thousands
of individuals in best practice work methods, connecting techniques with
technologies from all over North America to Western Europe, Australia, New
Zealand and Japan.
