Beginning a new business in land care (or any field) is exciting and also daunting. Understanding the knowledge and skills necessary for success can go a long way to take the journey with confidence.
Beyond simply repeating information found in textbooks, this course explores living situations and practical solutions. Topics include managing risk, preparing budgets and estimates, and developing strategies to increase sales, profitability and cash flow. Students work closely with the instructor and each other to develop their own business plans.

This course runs for 14 weeks, from Jan 13 to April 18. The course is asynchronous, and does not require you to be online at specific times. There are, however, quizzes and assignments with specific deadlines. Enrolment is open until Jan 26.
