Description:
A Tree Warden and a lawyer team up to teach Tree Risk Assessment report writing in this exciting one-day workshop! First, learn the essential components of a Tree Risk Assessment report that are mandated by the A300s and get an overview of the TRAQ methodology. Then review example reports for Level 1 and Level 2 assessments. We will address some distinctions between private, municipal, and utility tree risk assessments. Finally, we'll conclude with a review of common report writing errors and how to avoid them. Throughout the day, tree risk case law examples will be interwoven through a Socratic-method discussion, and small-group breakout activities will reinforce the writing concepts covered.
This workshop will be useful for consultants, municipal arborists, utility vegetation managers, and anyone else who wants to improve their skills in communicating about tree risk.
