John is graduate research assistant in the Environmental Horticulture
department at the University of Florida. He has previously worked at in the
Forest Ecology lab at the Joseph W. Jones Ecological Research Center and as a
graduate assistant in the School of Forest Resources and Conservation at the
University of Florida, where he co-instructed dendrology and forest plant
identification. His research focuses on
utilizing mobile remote sensing technology to monitor street tree health.
