ISA Certification Connection
The Certification Connection is a collection of resources for the volunteers who support the certification process
at ISA. Our volunteers play a vital role in administering and proctoring certification exams, managing continuing
education credits, setting policies and guiding the development of new certification and credentialing programs.
The Certification Department has created a set of resources to assist the volunteers serving as Certification

Credentialing Council
