ISA has developed a series of Best Management Practices (BMPs) for the purpose of interpreting tree care standards and providing guidelines of practice for arborists, tree workers, and the people who employ their services.
This BMP provides a succinct overview of the basic definitions, concepts, and practices that pertain to landscape Integrated Pest Management (IPM). This publication is intended to aid arborists and landscape professionals in designing, planning, and implementing an IPM program as part of a comprehensive Plant Health Care (PHC) management system.
It also serves as a companion publication for the ANSI A300 Tree Care Standards.
